Egg noodles lightly tossed lightly in tangy sour cream, cottage cheese and green onions topped with a zesty ground beef tomato sauce then finished with shredded cheddar cheese.  My kids don't like sour cream or cottage cheese but LOVE this meal! Served with both sides below. (Entree, bread and beans are very freezer friendly (perfect for Labor Day Travel)- bakes from refrigerated in approx 35 minutes.)

Side 1: Southern Green Beans- no crispy veggies here - Slow-cooked until soft and flavorful with butter, chicken broth, seasoned salt, and bacon.
 
Side 2: Garlic French Bread- yum - soft french bread - lightly seasoned with garlic herb butter.
